5:30pm Warm-Up
5:45pm: Sport #1 or Sport #2
6:15pm Switch Sports
6:45pm Finish up with GRITs

2nd day Training Format

-Competition Day
- Introduction to a new sport
- Training similar as above

Saturday Format (not every Sat):
- Group outings for CNU or W&M games
-Guest Coaches or special events
